Shami Kebabs are a side order in most restaurants and complement any other main courses. Specially served along with Mutton Pulao, Biryanis of all sorts. Shami Kebabs are minced meat balls, flattened and shallow fried in a non-stick frying pan or a Tawwa (A thick, flat metal utensil for making chappati/naan bread).
