Welcome to Best Desi Cooking, your prime source of authentic mouth watering aromatic dishes from the shores of the magical Indian Sub-continent. The Indo-Pak subcontinent is a vast land housing hundreds of millions of people and home to 220+ languages. Cooking methods and recipes differ from region to region just as much. Rather than stick to one particular region we will be presenting famous and widely used recipes throughout the Sub-continent.
Over and above you will have a chance to try out other mouth watering international cuisines and yes all you cake
lovers we have plans for an up-coming ‘Baker’s Corner’. So get ready for a delicious year ahead with a couple of new recipes everyday! We have a whole bunch of cooking experts having tens of years of international cuisine exposure, particularly Indian, Pakistani and Middle Eastern. Top of these is renowned expert Humayun Qazi, as well as Jau Qureshi, Harry and myself (Hasnat Qureshi
